The Faculty Guild offers professional learning and development through a process of reflection and application, powered by a trained facilitator, a community of colleagues and easy to use software. Faculty are grouped by academic discipline within or across institutions and work together in small Circles. Non-evaluative data provide faculty members with visibility into the classroom. The Office of Academic Innovation is sponsoring 10 adjuncts and TAs to participate from January – December 2018.
