How do I report a work-related injury or illness?
The Office of Human Resources, Employee Benefits Unit, has updated the Workers’ Compensation section of the Leave Benefits web page with helpful information about reporting a work-related injury or illness. Take a moment to review the resources on this page and the new forms below:
