The Registrar’s Office is pleased to announce that all graduating students will now be able to purchase a Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma). The first paper copy of the diploma will continue to be issued at no charge.
The CeDiploma is a secure, electronic version of the diploma that is digitally signed, allows independent validation of the document & degree, and has visual security cues that separates it from a paper copy.
The CeDiploma does not replace the paper diploma, but adds to a student’s digital portfolio. While the transcript is the official document of a student’s accomplishment in the U.S., the paper diploma is more widely accepted and offered as proof of education here and abroad. The CeDiploma directly addresses all the needs and requirements for employers, embassies, and schools both domestic and international and offers students a simple, quick, and secure way to send their degree information.
