Dr. Jennifer Potter (Associate Professor and Communication Studies Unit Coordinator, Mass Communication & Communication Studies) completed all three certificates in OAI’s Online Edge Certificate Program. This rigorous program was created to assist Towson instructors as they develop facilitation, pedagogical, and technical expertise relating to online instruction. Dr. Potter completed two highly interactive multi-week online workshops for the Online Edge Facilitation Certificate and Online Edge Course Design Certificate, as well as two electives and a prerequisite module.
