Towson University will be closed for winter break from Friday, December 23, 2016, through Monday, January 2, 2017. The winter holiday hours will be granted in late December. Once granted, holidays will pre-populate for December 26, 2016, and January 2, 2017 and your holiday leave balance will appear higher than usual. You must be in an active, paid status in order to earn the winter holidays.
Below is a sample time sheet to use as a guide for winter break. Days which are not designated holidays and on which no work is performed should be coded with accrued annual leave or leave without pay.
Staff who are in departments which observe non-traditional work hours and schedules should discuss coverage with their supervisors.
