Update to Timesheet System

A new field called Reason Code has been added to the web timesheet.  This field is to be used by supervisors/timekeepers in the event that an employee is unable to approve their timesheet.  To use this new feature, select the appropriate reason code from the drop down box that is located to the right of the approval boxes on the bottom of the timesheet.  The web timesheet system will not allow supervisors/timekeepers to approve a timesheet that is unapproved by the employee without first entering a reason code.

As always, the expectation is that both the employee and the supervisor approve the timesheet but this new feature allows supervisors/timekeepers to explain when circumstances occur that prevent the employee from accessing their timesheet.
