Below are important OHR paperwork and processing dates.
- The last Connections session of 2016 will be 12/14/16
- Contingent & Regular request for offers must be received by 12/2/16 to start on 12/14/16; fingerprinting appointments must occur on or before 12/7/16
- The first Connections session of 2017 will be 1/4/17
- Contingent & Regular requests for offers must be received by 12/15/16 to start on 1/4/17; fingerprinting appointments must occur on or before 12/19/16
- In order to ensure a new job is posted by the end of 2016, the requisition and all materials must be received in OHR by 12/15/16
- Selective salary adjustments and reclassification paperwork received after 10/31/16 will be date-stamped effective 1/3/17; the freeze is due to massive end-of-year FLSA updates
- FLSA-initiated increases will be effective 11/23/16 (regular) and 11/26/16 (contingent), and processed via a mass file upload in the evening of 11/21/16
