New leave correction form – easy to use to request changes!

The new Leave Correction Form has been created for regular and contingent faculty and staff who use the online time sheet system. Use this form to request a modification to either leave used or leave balances.  Please follow the instructions below:

  • Complete the form; sign and date (eSignature is acceptable).
  • Have your supervisor review and approve (eSignature is acceptable).
  • Submit the form to leavebenefits@towson.edu.
  • Corrections to the type of leave recorded on your time sheet should be requested within two pay periods of the error.

This form must be used for all revisions; the Employee Benefits unit will no longer accept emails to request corrections.
