The health benefits open enrollment ends today! Don’t miss the opportunity to enroll in benefits for the first time or make changes to benefits and/or dependents for the 2017 calendar year.
If you were required to use the telephone system to enroll, place your call before 11:59 p.m. Benefit elections/changes cannot be made after this time.
If you were required to complete an enrollment form, submit your form to the Office of Human Resources by 5 p.m. today. Forms cannot be accepted after this time.
