Navigating the workplace can be difficult. The Office of Human Resources is here to help. If you have questions or concerns about benefits, leave, professional development, goal setting, or other workplace topics, we can help. Additionally, the OHR has had several staffing changes that we would like to make the campus community aware of.

Operations
As a result of staffing changes, your contacts in the Operations unit may have changed. With a focus on customer service, the OHR has moved four HR Associates (Dominica Lucas, LaTarsha Mack, Aneika Peoples, and Carla Hall) in the Operations unit to the new OHR Service Center (formerly the OHR Reception area). Having multiple HR Associates working in the service center will allow for faster service.
Aneika Peoples has been assigned to processing all personnel transactions for adjunct faculty and lecturers. Aneika will continue to process staff transactions for Campus Recreation, Center for Student Diversity and Housing and Resident Life.
LaTarsha Mack has been promoted to HR Associate and has been assigned to processing all staff personnel transactions for College of Fine Arts, Graduate Studies & Research, VP Office of Student Affairs, Career Center, Counseling Center, Disability Support, Health Center and Judicial Affairs.
Christin BarnesWilson has been reassigned from the OHR Receptionist to the Fingerprinting/Scanning Clerk. Christin will be responsible for fingerprinting/background checks and I-9 scheduling and processing, employment verification and letters, and scanning and verification of personnel file documents.
Employee Benefits
Davia McKenzie and the timekeeping function have transferred to the Office of Financial Services to better align with payroll.
You can find timekeeping information on the web. The leave function is remaining in the OHR in the newly named Employee Benefits unit.
