Have you used your personal online meeting room yet?

As a TU faculty or staff member, you get a WebEx personal meeting room! Each online room has a personalized link that never changes, so it is easy to remember. Use your WebEx personal meeting rooms to meet with your colleagues, conduct interviews and collaborate in real time.

Here’s how access your room and get started:

  1. Activate your host account by going to towson.edu/webex and clicking the Activate link (only have to do this once)
  2. Using your favorite browser, type towson.webex.com and click the Log In button in the upper right hand corner. Enter your NetID and Password.
  3. Your personal meeting room appears.
  4. Click Start Meeting
  5. Connect to Audio (choose either Call Me, I Will Call In or Call Using Computer)
  6. Invite others by clicking Invite & Remind and type in their email addresses
    or click Copy Meeting URL (URL is towson.webex.com/join/yournetid) and paste it into an Outlook Email
