Do you need help finding or managing printers in your area?

Over the next several weeks, the Office of Technology Services (OTS) will be implementing a new printer management system called PrinterLogic. This system makes finding and managing printers very easy with a user-friendly web interface.

A printer tool will be installed on all campus computers to make adding, deleting, and configuring printers easier. You may notice a new icon (a small printer with a + sign) near your clock in the lower right corner of your screen once PrinterLogic is installed:

Any printers you have configured using the white print server will be moved to the new system in the coming weeks. Your printers will retain their current names so they will be easily identifiable.

More information will be sent to department administrative assistants or OTS liaisons prior to the migration of a department’s printers. PrinterLogic self-help documentation is available.
