New Facilitated Online Module “What’s on Your Mind”!

The Office of Academic Innovation would like to request your assistance with piloting a new facilitated online module.

The “What’s on Your Mind?” module is intended to assist faculty with identifying individual challenges that may impact the success of your online courses. While completing the module you will reflect on your individual beliefs about learning and instructing an online course, as well as, your adopted instructional practices. The module will also provide opportunities for you to begin the process of identifying solutions for your acknowledged challenges.  We hope to offer this module in conjunction with other workshops.

The module session will run June 6 – 10, 2016 in two parts:

  • June 6-9, 2016: You will not be required to be at your computer at any specific times.
  • June 10, 2016: We will schedule a synchronous Webex meeting. Time TBD.
  • You can expect to spend at least 6 hours during the 5 day facilitated module completing activities and dialoging with your colleagues.

If you would like to participate in the pilot please complete the sign-up form (https://goo.gl/yIxhp1) by May 16, 2016.
