The toughest problems to fix are the ones we don’t know about. If you have a problem with classroom technology like the audiovisual system (sound, projector, document camera, etc.) or the instructor computer, please report it right away. This can be a stressful time of year; in addition to teaching, student presentations are more frequent. The Office of Technology Services (OTS) wants to make sure things are working well—for you and your students!
To report a problem:
- Call 410-704-TECH (4-8324) or
- Report it online through a TechHelp service request.

Recommendations:
- Leave a note at the podium for the next instructor, making them aware of the issue and that it’s been reported.
- Inform your department or others, using your college’s communication procedures.
