Effective Supervision Program (ESP): The following participants completed the program during Spring 2016, which is conducted over three full days of learning where both the theory and application of supervision are covered. Participants leave with a better understanding of their role as a supervisor here at TU, as well as a better understanding into how they supervise by completing self-assessments, learning through case studies, and being able to ask questions to various HR managers about each topic area.
