The College of Liberal Arts opens its Battlefields and Homefronts: World War I and Modern Life Lecture Series on Wednesday, March 9, at 12:00 noon in room 3310 in the College of Liberal Arts building. Professor Paul Miller of the Department of History at McDaniel University will present his lecture entitled “‘The First Shots of the First World War’: The Sarajevo Assassination in History and Memory.”
