Faculty and staff requesting portrait services are expected to dress professionally in business attire. We photograph faculty and staff only. We cannot do passport photos.

Background color: Gray (Gray, white or black clothing may not look well)
Editing. Please allow ten business days for us to choose one photo and Photoshop (minimum. If you prefer not to have your photo Photoshopped, let me know at the time of photo shoot) and re-size it. Non-selected images will be deleted.
Photos are for Towson University official use only. Please choose your clothing carefully. Professional attire is highly recommended. Very dark cloth nor bight white cloth may not look good against gray background. Striped cloth may cause undesired moiré pattern.

Cancelation: Please delete your appointment from the signup page as soon possible. So someone else can have her/his photo taken.
Walk-ins: Not encouraged.

How to view and download your photos: You will now be able to access your headshot on MediaValet, Towson University’s new image gallery. Please go to https://towson.mediavalet.com
Refer to the e-mail sent to you from Mediavalet with your username and password. If you cannot find this email, please log on using your full Towson e-mail address as the username and reset the password.
If you are a new faculty or staff and do not have an account, please go to the link and register.
On the top left hand side of the page under the Towson logo, you can search using your name and download your photograph.
Reshoot: Unless there are major technical photographic problems, please wait for a several months for reshoot. Choose your outfit carefully.
We have a headshot day every month. The next date is not chosen yet. Announcement will be in T3.
