This cohort style program takes place during three full days of learning over a three-four week period. Cohorts meet once during the fall semester and once during the spring semester. Breakfast and lunch are provided for all three days.

Each day is filled with both the theory and application of supervision. You will leave with a better understanding of your role as a supervisor here at TU, as well as a better understanding of how you supervise by completing self-assessments, learning through case studies, and being able to ask questions to various Human Resources managers about each topic area. This program is facilitated by Dr. Filiz Tabak from TU’s Management department.
