National Eating Disorders Awareness Week: Yoga Night

Celebrate your body and restore your spirit at the NEDA week Yoga night led by Charm City Yoga instructor Carrie Miller. Carrie’s teaching style emphasizes taking time to know one’s own body, mind, and spirit, and to honor each through movement, breath work, and meditation.
