Starting January 25, 2016, faculty, staff and retirees will receive automated email notifications through their towson.edu address before their Towson NetID password is about to expire.
This change will improve user experience for on-campus account holders, retirees and individuals who work off campus by enhancing communication about account maintenance and reducing the need for support calls to the OTS Help Center.
In addition, retiree passwords will only need to be changed once per year. Faculty and staff will need to continue to update their passwords every 90 days.
