To ensure better lines of communications and customer service, the OHR announces changes to the internal units of the department. With the retirement of JoAnn Joseph, former manager of the Employee/Employer Relations unit, an opportunity to enhance efforts in employee support was presented.
As a result, Mike Noll has been promoted to manager of the newly created Employee Relations & Development unit, combining the services of the former Employee/Employer Relations and the Training & Development units. Robbi Hairston-Flood has been transferred from the Employment/Classification unit to work with Mike and she will serve as Employee Relations specialist; Debbie Phillips and Colleen Barsotti will serve as Employee Relations & Development associates.
