Hello Digital Store Front users.
In order to improve security for Print Service’s online users, we will be changing the password policy in DSF. We will be mirroring the TU NetID password policy:
- Passwords will now have a 90-day expiration period.
- There needs to be a minimum of 8 characters in the password.
- Three of four different types of characters need to be used:
- Uppercase
- Lowercase
- Numbers
- Symbols
- You must use at least five unique passwords before you are allowed to repeat one.
- The “User ID” cannot be a part of the password.
- The “Name” cannot be part of the password.
Also, User- uploaded files (such as images, text documents, etc.) will expire and be removed from the DSF system after 1 year.
New passwords will be required after January 31.
