Alison L. Joseph, PhD (Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies) received an international award for her recent book Portrait of the Kings: The Davidic Prototype in Deuteronomistic Poetics. She was named one of the recipients of the 2016 Manfred Lautenschlaeger Award for Theological Promise.
