Towson University will be closed starting Thursday, December 24, 2015 and will resume normal operations on January 4, 2016. The winter holiday hours will be loaded in mid-December. Your holiday balance will appear higher than usual. Below are sample time sheets for that period. Contingent II Non-Exempt staff should indicate actual hours worked for any days worked. Days which are not designated holidays and on which no work is performed, should be coded with accrued leave. If accrued leave is not available, up to two days of annual leave may be advanced with supervisor approval, after six months of employment. Otherwise, the day should be left blank.
