PNC Bank, the sponsor of Towson football’s Sept. 19 Military Appreciation game against Holy Cross, has announced a special offer for University faculty and staff.
The first 100 Towson University faculty and staff who visit the PNC University Union branch, and show their Sept. 19 game ticket, will receive a free Towson Athletics/PNC co-branded Under Armour polo shirt. The branch is open weekdays from 9a.m.-5p.m.
“We are proud to sponsor Towson football’s Military Appreciation game and provide faculty and staff with shirts to demonstrate their Tiger pride,” said Laura Gamble, PNC Regional President in Greater Maryland. “PNC is committed to attracting and retaining military, veterans and reservists, providing support during deployment and while transitioning to the workforce upon returning home.”
In 2014, PNC earned the prestigious Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award for their support of employees who serve in the Reserves and Guards. The Freedom Award is the Department’s highest recognition given to employers for exceptional support of Guard and Reserve employees.
PNC has been a Team Towson partner since 2012 and has been a great supporter of Towson Athletics and the Towson University Community.
