The Social Justice Collective is a group of faculty and staff who meet monthly to strategize ways of increasing equity across the campus community, and to provide mutual support and fellowship for its members. The current focus of the group is on increasing diverse faculty recruitment and retention, but the group also provides a network of support for faculty pursuing their own social justice initiatives. The next meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 25, at 4pm at the University Club at the Towson Marriott. All campus community members interested in social justice and equity issues are encouraged to attend.
