Benefits Bulletin: Online Benefits Enrollment is coming this Fall!

The state of Maryland Employee Benefits Division (EBD) will launch Workday this fall!  Workday is an online benefits enrollment solution which will completely change our business practices, eliminate paper enrollment forms, and provide employees with self-service tools for most of their benefits needs during open enrollment and throughout the plan year.

Over the summer, employee benefits records from the current system will be migrated to Workday.  It is important EBD has your correct address on file so you will receive any mailings they may send about Workday or open enrollment.

If you think you need to update your address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify your address on file with TU by checking your employee record in PeopleSoft, TU’s HR system.
  • From the TU website, go to MY TU
  • Click on the link for Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft
  • Log into PeopleSoft using your TU ID and password
  • Go to main menu
  • Select self-service
  • Select personal information summary and review your address
  • If your address is correct, STOP and log out of PeopleSoft
  1. If your address needs to be updated, complete the forms below and submit them to the Office of Human Resources.
