The Hussman Center for Adults with Autism announces a Request for Proposals for Research Studies to be conducted at, or in collaboration with, the Hussman Center at Towson University. Funding to support this launch of the research component of the Hussman Center’s mission is provided by a $25,000 award from the Towson University Foundation.
Projects selected for funding will have research goals congruent with the Hussman Center’s philosophy and priority areas, and be conducted during the September 2015 – December 2016 time period. Approved research proposals will include meaningful, substantive student involvement and provide evidence of strong potential for subsequent external funding that builds upon the research project’s outcomes.
Tenured/tenure-track faculty from any Towson University Department are eligible to apply; projects may also involve other Towson University faculty and staff as appropriate to the study.
The deadline for proposals is July 31, 2015. More details and forms are available via the Request for Proposals document at http://www.towson.edu/iwb/hussman/research.asp
