The Towson Advocacy Program (TAP) is a grass-roots effort to gain support for major initiatives facing Maryland higher education, and specifically Towson University. Find out what issues impact Towson’s priorities and how you can participate in the legislative process of the Maryland General Assembly. During the 90-day session between January and April, some legislative matters require a timely call-to-action for maximum impact on the decision-making process.
