Parking and Transportation Services would like to remind those who issue Department Visitor Parking codes to campus guests that the codes issued for this academic year will expire June 30, 2015. After that date, they will no longer be valid for use at any pay station. Billing for FY 15 codes will be done in early July through PeopleSoft journal entries or an invoice will be sent. Charges will hit your FY15 budget.
Requests for FY 16 Department Visitor Codes will be accepted beginning May 26, 2015. FY 16 Visitor codes will be valid as of July 1, 2015. Additional visitor code requests may be submitted throughout the year. Please submit the Visitor Code Request Form available on our website at:
