We need to hear from you!
Every 5 years the Towson University Campus Master Plan, our long-term vision for the future physical development of our 329-acre campus, is updated with the input and suggestions of our campus and the greater community.
We believe that Towson University is only as strong as its surrounding communities. As a Towson University employee AND neighbor your unique perspective and input can help us improve the quality of the Towson experience for all, both on and off-campus. Help us align the needs of the various Towson communities with the mission of the university.
How can Towson University’s physical campus better serve you and your community? Come tell us.

Here are just a few of the questions we’ll be asking at the open forums:
• How often do you take advantage of the various sports, recreational, cultural, or WTMD events on campus?
• What are your thoughts about the look and feel of the campus?
• We are very excited to have an educational presence in downtown Towson with WTMD, our Speech Language and Hearing Center, and the Institute for Well-Being. Are there other university functions you feel would supplement the vibrancy in downtown Towson?
• Towson has a transportation demand management system which includes our campus shuttle system, zip cars, ride share, bikes, and more to reduce the impact of daily traffic and parking on Towson’s streets. The university is also working with the County and State departments of transportation to improve sidewalks, lighting and cross walks in and around the campus. Are there other ways the university could improve transportation and connectivity in partnership with the community?
