The Women?s Forum brings together the women of the University System of Maryland (USM) in order to enhance the status of women, foster networking among women, and encourage the participation of women in all facets of the system. Among other things, the USM Women?s Forum fosters achievements in students, faculty, and staff members through various scholarship/award programs. All scholarships/awards are available for both men and women.
Applications are now available for student scholarships, faculty research awards, and staff professional development awards. Applications and additional information on each program are available at {http://www.usmwf.usmd.edu/awards.html}. The deadline for submissions is Monday, April 30. Return completed applications to Kristi Yowell, Training and Development Manager in the Office of Human Resources.
