Towson University is partnering with SMARTMOVE to offer employees free access to licensed professionals who will assist with real estate transactions nationwide. SMARTMOVE staff will host an informational seminar on their offerings from 1:30 ? 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 10 in Administration Building room 120.
The seminar will explain how SMARTMOVE can be used to purchase or sell personal residences, investment properties or land throughout the U.S. and how their coordinators can help by providing competitive mortgage rates and products, cash rebates after closing and a closing cost rebate if a home is purchased through one of SMARTMOVE?s affiliated lenders.
