New Posting Requirements in On-Campus Housing

Beginning Fall 2010, Housing & Residence Life has changed their posting requirements for TU departments and recognized student organizations. These changes are in recognition that students receive an increasingly larger part of their information electronically and for TU being greener by limiting the amount of paper being used. Below are a few of the highlights:
? 15 is the maximum number of flyers per posting (one per residence hall).
? Flyer size should be limited to 8-1/2? x 11?
? The sponsoring TU department or recognized student organization?s name must be on the flyer
? All postings need to be dropped off at least five (5) days prior to an event to the Housing & Residence Life office, Newell Hall side entrance and HRL staff will post them.
