The Counseling Center is offering a De-Stress for Success workshop to all students. Are you feeling stressed by exams and the general college experience? Let the TU Counseling Center?s Self-Care & Wellness Peer Educators help you learn coping skills for these stressful times! This workshop will explore some of the causes of stress on a college campus, as well as the importance of a healthy sleep schedule. Through interactive discussion, students will learn healthy coping skills to help you relax and tips for better sleep habits.
