Mindfulness Meditation Workshop Series – Correction on Location

Mindfulness is an ancient meditative practice that helps people manage unpleasant emotions and stress. Come learn and practice Mindfulness Meditation. Meditation can promote clear and calm thinking, reduce stress and anxiety, manage depression and chronic pain, improve academic performance and enhance creativity and insight.

The TU Counseling Center will be offering this 6 week workshop series beginning on Tuesdays from 1:00 ? 2:15 p.m. beginning on March 10, 2009, It will be located in Room 411 of Cook Library. Please call the Counseling Center at (410) 704-2512 with any questions.
