Join us at the Towson University Wellness Center for two new FREE programs! Programs are held on Wednesdays beginning October 21 and will be held for five weeks.
*Improving Brain Function and Preventing Cognitive Decline–9am
–Week 1–Learn about the significance of neurobics and other forms of “brain games” to maintain and improve brain function.
*Healthy Living for Older Adults on the Run–10am
–Week 1–Discuss the Transtheoretical Model of Change and establish goals for healthy living “on the run”.
