This course will provide you with information on university employee relations topics, including managing performance (such as probationary evaluations, annual evaluations, and deadlines), handling time and leave issues (such as absenteeism, Family and Medical Leave, and other leaves of absence issues), disciplinary actions and procedures, and also a review of employee rights to appeal disciplinary actions.
