Attention supervisors and employees:
Please note that a Separation Form (found on the Forms Repository) must be completed and submitted to the Office of Human Resources before the last day on payroll when an employee transfers, resigns, retires or is terminated from TU employment. In addition, if the employee supervises and/or approves timesheets, you should contact the Office of Human Resources with the new supervisor/approver assignment.
